The HOT DISH - Massive ice shoves moving across Lake Winnebago

Ice is on the move around Lake Winnebago in Wisconsin!  I've seen this in the past around Mille Lacs Lake.

Ice shoves are pretty much big piles of ice.  According to AccuWeather, the phenomenon occurs when temperatures warm up enough to weaken the ice on lakes.  Add the wind and if strong enough, that ice is blown off the lakes and onto the shore.

According to WBAY news, some of the piles around Lake Winnebago are 20 feet high.
