This is hard to watch for any dog lover. The people in this car decided that it would be a good idea to just leave these dogs at this empty lot.
The woman recording the whole incident can be clearly heard telling the woman where they can take the dogs and even gives her directions.
After they drop off the scared dogs, a backseat passenger can be seen giving the "one finger salute".
