How many records have your purchased at the Electric Fetus in Minneapolis? My kids just said, "What's a record?" The Electric Fetus is an iconic record store which opened in Minneapolis in 1968. I would loved to have been there on opening day. The number one song of the year in 1968 was "Hey Jude" by the Beatles. Also big that year was Otis Redding's "Sitting on the Dock of the Bay," and Tommy James' "Mony, Mony!" These were all big sellers the year the Electric Fetus opened in Minneapolis.
