Get ready to workout virtually tomorrow morning! It's a 5 hour virtual workout event happening this Saturday 8am - 1pm. It is so KOOL how so many gyms and trainers are getting together tomorrow morning and offering these LIVE classes!
The virtual morning of workouts is called Ready. Set. Sweat Minnesota. All workouts are FREE and can be done bodyweight only, no equipment needed! SO many major Twin Cities gyms are represented here.
Most workouts will be hosted through Facebook Live, but all the details will be posted and available through the Sweat Minnesota website as well as their Facebook and Instagram. Sweat Minnesota is a group that was created as a result of the fallout of COVID-19 with the hopes of building up the virtual fitness offerings in the Twin Cities community.
