Having Trouble Adjusting to Daylight Saving Time this week?

I sure had a tough time getting to sleep Sunday night!   If you're having trouble adjusting to daylight saving time, try this 30-minute bedtime routine that will help you fall to sleep.

1.  30 minutes before bed . . . make a to-do list. f

2.  25 minutes before bed . . . stop using all electronics.  

3.  20 minutes before bed . . . brush your teeth.  

4.  15 minutes before bed . . . take a quick shower.  

5.  10 minutes before bed . . . use the bathroom.  

6.  5 minutes before bed . . . stop talking.
