Paul McCartney wrapped up his Get Back world tour in London Thursday night (December 19) and gave fans quite the treat for the finale. During the encore, Macca brought out his former bandmate Ringo Starr to perform two Beatles hits: "Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band (reprise)" and "Helter Skelter."

After embracing Starr and kissing his head, McCartney asked Starr “Should we rock?” before telling him to get behind his kit.

“I’m off now but I’ve had a great night, love you all – especially this man,” Starr said after the reunion.

“It’s fantastic, playing with me old mate, but there comes a time when we’ve got to go home,” McCartney added.

Earlier in the set, The Rolling StonesRonnie Wood joined McCartney for a performance of “Get Back.” That performance also marked the first time Macca played his original bass on stage in 50 years, after it got stolen. The instrument was returned to him earlier this year.

The Beatles' final song "Now and Then" has also been a part of McCartney's setlist during this tour. He recently opened up about getting "very emotional" when he plays the track live.
