Overrun with tomatoes? Here's a quick way to use 'em up!
My friend Viv makes the best chunky salsa. Once you start scooping it up, you don't stop until the bowl is empty. It's that good! It's juicy and spicy and a snap to make.

6 - 8 tomatoes
1 sweet yellow onion
1 large bunch fresh cilantro
Juice of 3 limes (or 3 tbsp bottled lime juice)
Pepper sauce to taste, or fresh diced peppers, such as jalapeños to taste
Salt to taste
Chop tomatoes and place in a bowl.
Chop onion and add to the tomatoes.
Chop cilantro and add to tomato/onion mixture.
Add pepper sauce or chopped peppers to taste.
Squeeze in lime juice.
Add salt to taste.
Mix and serve with your favorite tortilla chips.
